EXE.legal, a Lithuania-based specialized law boutique, and InvestCEE LegalTech Consultancy, a legal consultancy service provider, has announced the joint cooperation agreement on consultancy services aimed at law firms and in-house legal departments with a focus on the legal tech.
Within the frame of the cooperation agreement, InvestCEE will operate as an external advisor for providing strategic advice for implementing EXE.legal’s roadmap on its Innovation Strategy, in particular the www.exelegal.tech initiative, as well as an external advisor for identifying and sourcing legal technology solutions to advance the above-mentioned strategy.
In addition, InvestCEE will collaborate with EXE.legal on consulting other law firms and in-house legal departments and assisting them in their innovation processes, when choosing appropriate Legal Tech tools and implementing them in practice and training activities.
„InvestCEE appeared on our radar a few years ago, as an example of how we could contribute to the spread of Legal Tech innovations. Fast forward and now we are more than happy to have this reliable partner as well as the direct access to their knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of the LegalTech market. This collaboration allows us to complete the Law & Tech vision of our law boutique and offer professional solutions not only within the field of Tech Law but also on development and implementation of Legal Tech solutions,“ shares Dr. Paulius Astromskis, Managing Partner at EXE.legal.
„We are proud to partner with EXE.legal and expand our legal innovation consulting work to the Baltics. This collaboration helps advance our mission to bridge the innovation gap that we often see between best intent and actions taken by legal teams when it comes to transitioning to digital legal services,“ shares Dr. Orsolya Szabó, CEO of InvestCEE LegalTech Consultancy
